Busalla (Genoa) Self – Service Valente: for the famous confectionery Valente and in collaboration with the ‘company Baghino & Di Persio, we created furnishings that bring together, in a single small structure a self-service and a bar. The counter, characterized by a large white agglomerate countertop, contains drop -in features for the maintenance of hot and cold food. The first cold tub , according to the customer’s instructions, was realized according to the logic of the buffet where customers have self service access to prepared meals . Instead, the other hot and cold meals are served along the distribution line. At the end there is a bar with refrigerators, a coffee machine with accessories and the cash desk.
